Zoe's aim is to teach people that sustainable living doesn't mean living a "hippie" lifestyle. We have come so far with sustainable resources that they are now just as accessible. Making the change will require more planning to begin with, but this is why Zoe created Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle, so people have one place with all the required information.
Zoe is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist and believes nutrition is the number one tool for regaining balance (health) back in the body. Humans are meant to be more connected to the planet's resources than we are. Our bodies are made up of the same materials! Through Zoe's education, it became clear that we are meant to be working with our planet rather than creating other resources. Zoe believes nature has given us all the resources required to live healthy lives.
